This unit is a race type hub adapter that reduces weight and size to the size of the column. Doesn't require any bolts to equip with the quick release. US Patented. Reduced the length by 1" compared with older hub. NRG short hub adapters are designed specially for aftermarket steering wheels installed with an NRG quick-release kit. It still mounts in the same location without being too close to the driver. Made from the highest quality aluminum.
